Position: Network Security Post-sale Technical Support Engineer
1.Responsible for project implementation and post-sale maintenance/support for firewall, IPsec VPN and SSL VPN products;
2.Provide field consulting and 7x24 technical supports via telephone/Email for end customers, sales/marketing team and sales engineer team;
3.Provide implementation, training, debug, problem analysis and product solution proposal in customer filed if necessary;
4.Propose application solution for customers, and review/improve sales engineer team’s proposal using O2Micro’s security products;
5.Write and review technical documents such as application notes and solution studies .etc for customers and sales engineer team;
6.Feedback product improving requirements and suggestion from customers, sales engineers to RD team, bridging O2Micro customers and O2micro RD team.
1.Bachelor or above, majoring in computer, network or related fields;
2.3-year above career experience in IT industry, in which at least one year for network security post-sale support;
3.Familiar with TCP/IP protocols, switch/router theory and operation, and other basic network technology and skills;
4.Familiar with various network security technologies and products (including firewall, VPN, Anti-Virus and IPS .etc), acquainted with their theory, function features, application configuration and basic debug skills;
5.Familiar Windows, Linux OS, and qualified for basic maintenance and problem analysis;
6.CISSP, CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA certificate is a good plus;
7.Excellent technical communication capability, strong responsibility and service consciousness, and also a good team player;
8.Good thinking habits and precise thinking logics, ability to analyze and resolve problems independently, and sharing ideas with others and adopt better proposals as well;
9.Excellent career diathesis and morals, honesty, maturity, patience, chariness, sureness and accommodating;
10.Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
