Location: Schlumberger Beijing GeoScience Center, Tsinghua Science Park
1.Provide administrative and coordinating support for campus recruiting;
2.Assist with training related issues;
3.Process monthly payment for vendors;
4.Other personnel duties assigned by manager.
5.Organize contractor/intern/employee/fresh out interviews.
6.Make payroll and pay for contractors and employee benefit related companies.
1.Can work 4-5 days per week with School or Supervisor's permission, fulltime preferred;
2.Major in Human Resource Management and related, 1st or 2nd year graduate students preferred;
3.Fluent spoken and written English, the working language is English;
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills;
5.Highly responsible and committed to the job, attention to details, process oriented;
6.Strongly self-motivated and high initiative;
7.Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
